Beautiful peaceful cabin with the tuckaseegee river right off the porch. Fell asleep to the sound of the river and one night some rain on the tin roof. Everything you need for a relaxing stay.I have mobility limitations and was happy that everything was doeable for me. Hand rail on the 4steps, picnic table on porch and 2 rocking chairs. Even had a grill and a fire pitClose to town but just off the road enough to feel like your in nature.Beds were comfortable, futon un living room was the perfect couch for watching our little one open gifts by the electric fireplace, which made for great photos! Will absolutely stay agian!Host was very good at communicating.

Great little spot right on the Tuck. Host was very communicative. Would stay there again.

Property is right on the river and is very close to Dillsboro and Sylva. Also, very close to trout fishing. Great place to relax and convenient to many activities.

We wanted a quick two day getaway, where the fellow could fish and the lady could just relax! We found it on this little riverfront cabin. It was clean and quiet, yet close to town that if you needed anything you could make a quick trip. We also loved that it was close to other areas such as Cherokee, Dillsboro and not too far from Pigeon’s Forge. We would definitely go back, and recommend to friends. Very tranquil and peaceful!

Loved this place. It was just what we needed while visiting WCU for a college tour. We would 100% stay here again. Here are things I wish I knew before I got there. 1. This is a tiny house/cabin. Very tiny. There is only about 10 inches between the bed and the wardrobe for the 2nd person to get around. 2. As far as what comes in the house, they have salt, pepper and oil. They do have coffee, coffee filters, sugar and powdered creamer. That was a nice touch so we don’t need to go out to get it. 3. Bring your own pillows. The pillows they have there are very flat. Bed is hard but adequate. I don’t know that I could sleep on it longer than a couple nights. The futon was very comfortable though. 4. They do include hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. 5. Great opportunity for trout fishing. Right from the deck or river bank. My son was not successful though. He thinks you may need to wade out into the river. He had fun trying though. 6. We had a fire with some wood from the pavilion just past the house to the left. Self serve. 5 per bundle, cash only. Exact change required. 7. This house is part of a group of other cabins/tiny homes. But they are all within what looks like an RV camp ground. It did not impact us, but it was surprising when we arrived. 8. Owners were very responsive. Overall, great weekend stay place.
